Diesel DPF Cleaning cleans diesel particulate filters, DOCs and EGR coolers at our cleaning plant at 215 Ullery St, Unit 2, in South Bend, Indiana. There are three ways to get your parts to us: drop them off, have us pick them up, or ship them in.
Option 1: Drop Off and Pick Up (Save $25 Per Item)
Bring your DPF, DOC or EGR cooler to our cleaning plant during business hours, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. When you drop off and pick up the part yourself, you save $25 on each item.

DPF cleaning has a 24-hour turnaround once your filter arrives, so a filter dropped off one day is usually ready the next business day. EGR cooler cleaning takes 48 hours.
Option 2: Free Pickup and Delivery for DPF Cleaning
We offer free pickup and delivery for DPF cleaning within 90 miles of our South Bend cleaning plant. That covers most of Michiana and northern Indiana, plus southwest Michigan.

Option 3: Ship Your Filter In
Outside our pickup area? Call us first and we'll help you send it in. Pack the filter securely in a sturdy box, cover the inlet and outlet, and include your name, phone number and what you need done.
What to Have Ready
When you call or drop off, it helps to have:
- Your engine or equipment make and model
- The part number on the filter, DOC or EGR cooler
- Any fault codes or symptoms, such as frequent regens, lost power or a DPF warning light
- Whether you need the DOC cleaned too ($80 with a DPF, or $300 on its own)

Who We Work With
We clean filters for owner-operators, fleets, repair shops, farms and anyone running diesel equipment with a DPF. We're a Cummins-approved cleaning center and a Clean Diesel Specialists licensee, and we clean DPFs for Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Ford, Duramax, Volvo, Isuzu and other engines.
Parts for Reinstallation
Replace gaskets and clamps when you reinstall a cleaned filter. We stock DPF gaskets, clamps, sensors, and replacement DPFs and DOCs if your filter can't be saved.
